For those scrolling by, Direct software is incredibly UD, when you know what you are doing, their product also works well, ignore little timmies like Jeff over here who get frustrated from setting up their first dma, Direct not being in US is also a plus since it is immune to Cease and Desist orders.

A customer having loyalty to a provider with a superior AB (most customizable) isn't weird, what's weird is when a user gets mad, blaims the team for his lack of knowledge regarding V1 to v2 licensing, rages at lifetime sub users for no reason, then threatens to take customers with him to a competitor, at this point I'd be surprised if @DIRECT doesn't straight up just ban you from V2.
