issues with dma

ive never had any issues with my dma ever i recently unplugged my pc's to clean my room but after i pluggeed everthing back in i am getting errors like "core memory management failed to initialize" when starting up loader it stops at dma
. ive tried messing with cabled different slots but still getting same issue. now after messing with my cables i opened old cod launcher(not v2 cod) and it says something is blocking my computer but i never changed a single thing in my computer all firewalls are off. And yes everything is connected correctly

Any luck figuring this out?
