(Help)After bios update, speed test is failing

I recently updated my asrock x570 mb bios from version 3.40 to 5.65 in an attempt to update the ftpm for cod. There was an attestation issue with 3.92.0.5. So when I updated my bios I got these failed speed test results. My understanding is that the speed test is failing to identify my OS? If anyone could provide some insight or a solution it would be greatly appreciated. I can even probably throw you a couple bucks if we get it figured out.
Also when I revert my bios version back to 3.40 everything works as normal

Your bios settings reset after doing a bios update

Secure boot , iommu/vt-d etc.

I also heard most firmwares that are not good don’t run or support ASRock mobos on new bios updates etc. had the same issue a few years ago

I have gone back through after the bios update and disabled all required settings. Could it be outdated chipset drivers? Or possibly a mmap issue ?

Could be a firmware issue, thought I had decent fw though.

You’re probably right then, I’ll try to mess with it some more, otherwise it’s looking like it’s time to upgrade.
