FN and DMA help

I currently have a custom FW that states should work with FN. Right now when launching FN and Direct it shows ESP for a brief moment and then my 100t card goes from solid green to flashing green. I have read things that say it is FW block, but I want to try and see what else could be going on. Speed test returns Excellent on speed and throughput, so I doubt it is an issue with speed or throughput.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
