Component Initialization Failed – Any solution?

Hi,
I’m getting this error when launching the application:

Component Initialization Failed
No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page.

This error occurs after launching the loader and clicking COD inside the loader.
I already tried reinstalling and running as administrator, but it still happens.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
