CoD/WZ: [ HOTKEY ] MANAGER #1 FAILED

The prompt suddenly started appearing a few days ago, but I haven't noticed any impact on the usage so far. The Windows and configuration of the Gaming PC have not been changed. Also, the "ignore knocked" feature is not working anymore. I wonder if it is related to this issue.
