Can anyone use direct in mw3?

I use Blizzard Endgame to play MW3, but recently I've noticed that it's not recognised correctly. I run it perfectly in BO6, but when I open MW3, the injection is successful, but it has no effect when I go into the game.

Because Mw3 cheat is outdated and need update thats why there is no effect after injection
